Copyright and Usage/Licencing Notice

Elevate Photography is dedicated to delivering top-notch real estate photography and video marketing services to its clients while honouring the intellectual property rights of everyone involved. This policy explains the copyright and re-licensing terms for photographs and video content created by Elevate Photography, as well as how clients can use this content.

Copyright Ownership:

All photos/videos/plans and all other media created by Elevate Photography are safeguarded under Australian Copyright Laws. Elevate Photography holds all rights, ownership, title, and interest in these photos and videos, including copyrights, moral rights, and other proprietary rights.

Usage Rights:

When Elevate Photography is hired to produce photography/video/plans or any other media content, it provides clients with a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material solely for marketing and promoting the specific property or project it was created for. This license is granted for one-time use and is strictly limited to that specific property or project. Any additional usage of the content requires written consent from Elevate Photography.

Re-Licensing:

Clients looking to re-license photographs/video/plans or any other media content for additional use beyond the initial one-time agreement (e.g., to a vendor or another agency) must obtain approval from Elevate Photography. A re-licensing fee applies to the extended use of any photographs or video content.

Attribution / Credit of Work:

Elevate Photography requires that all published or displayed photographs, videos, plans, and other media content produced by Elevate Photography include proper credit to Elevate Photography as the photographer. The credit line should state “Photography by Elevate Photography” or use a similar credit line approved by Elevate Photography.

Changes/Modifications:

Clients are not allowed to edit or alter the photos/videos/plans or any other media created by Elevate Photography in any way without written consent from Elevate Photography. Any unauthorized modifications will be considered a violation of this policy.
